.5 lbs Wheat Malt

Peel of one lime (boiled for 10 minutes)

1 bundle of cilantro (boiled for 5 minutes and left to steep during immersion chilling)

1 oz US Goldings – 60 minutes

.3 oz Nugget – 20 minutes

Wyeast American Ale II Yeast

 

Original Gravity – 1.056

Final Gravity – 1.019

Alcohol – 4.82% ABV

Bitterness – 22.2 IBUs

 

Efficiency – 80%

Attenuation – 59.4%
